Any initial discussion with one of our RIBA accredited Architects is on a free consultation basis and would usually be held at your property so we can see the project you have in mind and discuss with you your ideas.

We aim to provide you with the best information to help you progress your project, this means various options, ideas and any issues you should consider can all be discussed upfront, as well as the more technical aspects of the planning process, building regulations & project costs.

This initial meeting will then allow us to provide you with a tailored fee proposal designed with your project in mind and with all the various stages explained.
