GEORGE + TOMOS Penseiri : Architects Cyf. has been commissioned by Aberystwyth University to undertake a pre-planning consultation in respect of an upcoming proposed full planning application for the works at Pwllpeiran Upland Research Centre, Pwllpeiran Farm, Cwmystwyth, SY23 4AB.
We give notice that it is intending to apply for the following:
Demolish Existing Delipidated Buildings and Structures, Prepare Site and Replace with New Steel Framed Building at Pwllpeiran Upland Research Centre, Pwllpeiran Farm, Cwmystwyth, SY23 4AB
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 as amended, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation. All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below.
For those without access to the internet and are unable to access the documents electronically, the plans are also on displayed externally outside the main entrance to the Research Centre, which can be accessed at any time.
