George + Tomos Architects are among six Architects shortlisted in the competition to design the Welsh Passive House.
The scheme for the Welsh Assembly and Blaenau Gwent Council is intended to combine the principles of the Passivhaus pioneered in Germany with the higher levels of the Code for Sustainable Homes in Wales.
The competition is split into two different categories – a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom home.Winning designs must satisfy Code for Sustainable Homes level 5.
